5 Weeks to Under 5 Days

5 weeks to under 5 days.

Something important happened at @Stalliant this week and I’m not even allowed to tell the details.

Suffice it to say, we fulfilled our mission statement.

An existing client came to us with a million-dollar question, literally.

They needed to determine metrics by date, service, sub-service, and location, so they could make a big financial decision fast.

A year ago, this would have taken them a month of coordination between finance, sales, accounting, and IT.

They would have been paying for each week of indecision or risk making their best guess.

We had it back to them within the week. It took us 3 emails.

This was possible because we brought data practices into the rest of the business. We had the data model. Their systems spoke to each other. Our team could speak to accounting and IT on equal terms.

From there, all we needed was to plug Excel into the structure and spin up a Pivot table.

For SMBs, this approach is a gamechanger.

For us, it’s what we do.

Dealing with something similar?

I work with SMBs and PE-backed companies on exactly these problems — financial operations, reporting infrastructure, and analytics built on the systems you already have.
