Patient history lived across multiple manually-entered spreadsheets with inconsistent formatting. Facility census exports had duplicate rows and mixed record types. Getting a clean priority list out of these two sources required real data engineering before any output logic could run.
Built a cross-reference engine matching patient history against live facility census data — with tolerance for name variations and formatting inconsistencies — producing a prioritized visit list by facility. Wrapped in a Google Apps Script automation triggerable by office staff in under 30 seconds.
